How are delivery fees calculated?

Based on distance, package weight, and transport type (boat/air/land). Partnered shops (🛡️) may offer discounted rates.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Real-time tracking is available, but delays may occur due to weather or connectivity issues.

What if my delivery fails after 2 attempts?

Items are returned to the shop, and a restocking fee may apply—contact support to reschedule.

💸 Payments & Refunds

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit/debit cards, mobile wallets (e.g., Dhiraagu Pay), and cash on delivery (select areas).

How do refunds work for nonpartnered shops?

  • Submit a request via app/email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • atollwise facilitates, but final approval depends on the shop.
  • Processing time: 5–15 business days.

What's the Shop Guarantee program?

Partnered shops (🛡️) offer:
  • Faster refunds (3–5 days).
  • Dispute mediation by atollwise.
  • Coverage for damaged/late items (terms apply).

Why was my refund denied?

Common reasons:
  • Perishable/custom items (nonrefundable).
  • Missing photo proof for damage.
  • Shop's policy excludes refunds.

What happens during monsoons/strikes?

Deliveries may be delayed. Users are entitled to full refunds for undelivered orders or store credit (if shop agrees).

Can I cancel an order in transit?

No. Contact support only for emergencies (e.g., wrong address).

What items are prohibited?

  • ❌ Illegal goods (weapons, drugs).
  • ❌ Hazardous materials (flammables, explosives).
  • ❌ Live animals without approval.
