Atollwise User Agreement

1. Definitions
- "Atollwise": The delivery platform operated by WiseWay Pvt. Ltd.
- "User": Anyone using the website/app (customers, shops, or delivery partners).
- "Third-Party Shops": Sellers whose products are delivered via Atollwise.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information (name, contact, payment details).
- Keep login credentials confidential—you’re responsible for all account activity.
- Atollwise may suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or policy violations.
3. Orders & Payments
- Pricing: Product prices are set by Third-Party Shops; delivery fees by Atollwise.
- Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other approved options.
- Errors: We may cancel orders with pricing mistakes and notify you.
4. Delivery Terms
- Timelines: Estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed (subject to weather, logistics, or shop delays).
- Tracking: Real-time updates are provided but may experience lags.
- Failed Deliveries: If unattended after 2 attempts, items may be returned to the shop (restocking fees apply).
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Shop Guarantee Program: Partnered shops (🛡️) follow Atollwise’s Refund Policy.
- Non-Partnered Shops: Refunds subject to the shop’s policy. Atollwise facilitates but does not guarantee approvals.
- Process: Submit requests via the app/email within 48 hours of delivery.
6. User Responsibilities
- Prohibited Items: Do not order illegal, hazardous, or restricted goods (e.g., weapons, drugs).
- Accuracy: Ensure delivery addresses and contact details are correct.
- Conduct: No abusive behavior toward shops or delivery personnel.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Atollwise is not liable for: Third-Party Shop actions, delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen events, and indirect damages.
- Maximum liability: Refund of the order value.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website/app content (logos, text, software) is owned by Atollwise.
- No unauthorized use, copying, or scraping.
